Franseca Morrison is currently a Human Resource Administrator for Transatlantic Reinsurance Company in the Wall Street section of New York City. Franseca works with the payroll department and works with the Director of Human Resources on salary analysis for the company. She also maintains and manages the quarterly stock purchase plan for both the domestic and international employee base for the company.
Franseca graduated from Berkeley College at the New York City campus with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Management in April 2006. She is also a graduate from Manhattan Community College with an Associate's degree in Business Administration and has taken certificate credit courses at the New York Institute of Technology for Human Resource Management.
