Berkeley College Receives Sloan Award at Annual Morris County Chamber of Commerce Meeting

Berkeley College has received the Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility, accepted by Berkeley College Vice President of Human Resources Karen Carpentieri. The Award recognizes New Jersey companies that use workplace flexibility to meet both organizational and employee goals. Applicants were measured against data from a nationally representative sample of employers, had to score in the top 20% for flexible work programs and policies, for the supportiveness of the workplace culture, and by a random sampling of employees completing a questionnaire from the Families and Workplace Institute.
