Let’s Hear it for the Peers! Online Student Mentors
On Board
We are excited to announce that our Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Program for Online Students is underway this quarter! This program assigns online students who have demonstrated academic success at Berkeley College to serve as mentors to new online students (mentees) for their first quarter. Our goals are to provide peer student support to new online students and create leadership opportunities for experienced online learners.
We currently have six online mentors to launch this program, and we look forward to expanding this program for the fall quarter. To find out how to get involved, look for details in the next issue (Week 5).
