 All active duty Army personnel who meet the following minimum requirements are eligible to earn a degree through Berkeley College:
- Graduated from high school or have successfully completed the GED examination.
- Have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0, or higher on all attempted college work at other regionally accredited colleges and universities.
- Complete an application and interview with a Berkeley College admissions counselor
