Background: Dr. Blumenthal has been with Berkeley College since 1996 and has taught courses in the History of Psychology; Introductory Psychology; Group Dynamics; Fundamentals of Psychology; Reading Skills; Cognitive Psychology; Psychology of Language; and Personality Theories. Before joining Berkeley College, Dr. Blumenthal served as an Adjunct Professor at Harvard University Extension School; Professor at Sarah Lawrence College, NY; Adjunct Professor at the University of Massachusetts Boston; and Assistant Professor at Harvard Graduate School of Education in Cambridge, MA. Dr. Blumenthal served two years as Director for Fundraising at the Research Institute for Educational Problems and two years as Psychology Editor at D.C. Heath Publishers in MA. Professional Affiliations: Fellow of the American Psychological Association and a member of the New York Society for the History of Psychology. Degrees: Dr. Blumenthal holds a Ph. D. and an M.S. in Psychology from the University of Washington; and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Redlands in Redlands, CA.
