Berkeley's Lower Manhattan Extension Center is located in the heart of New York's dynamic financial district within walking distance of Wall Street, City Hall and South Street Seaport.
Approximately four miles from Berkeley College's Midtown Campus and situated right next to the Fulton Street Subway Station, the Center is easily accessible by public transportation from the five boroughs and allows students to take advantage of invaluable internship opportunities.
The Facility
The Center offers classrooms, seminar and conference facilities, computer labs, library, administrative and faculty offices and a student lounge within clean, secure and comfortable surroundings. Students, faculty and staff have access to state-of-the-art technology including a full wireless wi-fi network and more than seventy-five pc's, printers, data video projectors and scanners. All facilities are designed to accommodate the disabled.
The Academic Support Center
The Academic Support Center (ASC) offers a full array of academic support services to help students improve their academic performance and achieve their educational goals. The ASC offers a series of workshops to help strengthen study skills and time management. Tutoring is available online and on-site.

By Bus from Manhattan: Take the M1, M6 or M15 to Fulton Street.
By Subway: Take the A, C, J, M, Z, 2, 3, 4, or 5 train to the Broadway-Nassau Fulton Street station.
By Staten Island Ferry: From Whitehall Terminal: Take Whitehall Street one block to Water Street. Walk one block north to Broad Street. Make a left onto Broad Street and walk two blocks to South William Street. Make a right onto South William, which turns into William Street.
From New Jersey and other New York City ferries: Take the ferry to Pier 11. Walk north on Front Street to John Street. Make a left onto John Street and walk two blocks to William Street. Make a right onto William Street.
From Westchester and Connecticut: Take Metro North and mass transit.
